My girl is still doing great! We have to go in on Monday for a “final” appointment for the study. 🙂
It is a long one though, EKG, Blood work and I have to bring in a dang urine sample. Don’t get me started on those. Looks like we’ll be on the potty for an hour Sunday night waiting for Lily to tinkle. Oh well. I am giving them the meds and in return I get an rx for the same med that we will now have to pay for. That is still if I decide to fill it. We are weaning Keppra and should be off by next week. (this is supervised by neuro) and she is still on Topamax but that may be the next to get the axe. We’ll see. I think Vigabitrine works on it’s own and if we do decide to fill the Clobazam then we will certainly give Topamax the axe. No mas three drugs for my girl.
I love her bright eyes we are seeing again. I love her smiles and filling her tummy with her favorite treats. She melts my heart.

Hi Kim,Pity there isn’t some sort of stick on urine bag for a youngster her age (we use tiny ones on the neonates) so you can put it on her under her Pull-Ups/ Nappy, then she wouldn’t have to sit on the potty which she seems to dislike so much.I’m so pleased to hear that the light is returning to her eyes, as this is one of her most useful methods of communicating to you and when you see them bright and alert you know in your heart that she is happy.Kim, how are YOU and your new little one that is on his way. I can’t believe you are so far along already, what date are you actually due. How is Andy and what is she up to these days, how old is she now, I remember when she was just a tiny baby and it doesn’t seem to be that long ago, I really think someone put the clock forward. And of course how is hubby and you extended family, all well and coping well I hope.I guess you guys are coming into Winter soon, we are heading into summer and I have a strong feeling it is going to be a long hot dry summer.
